The Native American Flute is a powerful tool to use in conjunction with metal and crystal singing bowls. The sound encourages reduction in anxiety, leads to relaxation, and brings us in harmony with nature along with easing the mind into a meditative state. Some Native American Flutes are carved from cedar, giving them a pure tonal quality.

Native American Drums are part of native heritage from tribal cultures all over the world. My personal drum (constructed of buffalo hide) was birthed in a sacred blessing ceremony out in nature and represents the universal heartbeat of mother earth. Using the rhythmic beat of a sacred drum in sound healing, grounds the body, mind and spirit. It invites one into a state of freedom within the present moment.
